 ENCUENTRO EN MÁLAGA (3 DE NOVIEMBRE)

THIRD OF NOVEMBER

 

Comenzamos la segunda jornada de nuestro encuentro con el avituallamiento ofrecido por nuestra escuela para todos los participantes que es repartido por nuestros alumnos. 

We start the second day of our meeting with the provisioning offered by our school for all participants, which is distributed by our students.

Nos espera un nuevo reto, subir al Monte Jabalcuza, emblema de la Sierra de Alhaurín de la Torre, que figura en la Red de Espacios Naturales Protegidos de Andalucía con la categoría de Monumento Natural. 

A new challenge wait us, a hicking to Monte Jabalcuza, emblem of the Sierra de Alhaurín de la Torre, which is listed in the Network of Protected Natural Areas of Andalusia with the category of Natural Monument.

Jabalcuza es un punto estratégico desde el que se visualiza tanto el cordón montañoso litoral, el Valle del Guadalhorce y la costa, ofreciendo unas vistas increíbles.

Jabalcuza is a strategic point, from which you can see the mountains, the Guadalhorce Valley and Malaga's coast line.

 

El día era luminoso, quizás demasiado ventoso para la marcha que iniciamos con ilusión y buen humor. La exigencia de la ruta pronto dispersó al grupo. Aún así el ascenso se realizó sin grandes problemas.

The day was bright, perhaps to windy, but we started the route with enthusiasm and good humor.  The requeriment of the route soon dispersed the group. Still the ascent went smoothly.

 

Un almuerzo relajado en la cima y unas preciosas vistas disiparon la fatiga y nos devolvieron las risas.

A relaxed lunch at the top and the gorgeous  views dissipated the fatigue and brought the laughs  back.

 

 

Esta primera toma de contacto con las rutas en la Naturaleza permitió conocernos mejor, gestionar las diferencias y disfrutar del paisaje.

This first contact with the routes in Nature allowed us to know each other better, manage the differences and enjoy the landscape.

Una vez tomado el pulso al grupo de estudiantes, el equipo español realizó los ajustes necesarios para la siguiente jornada, pero ese sería otro día… otro maravilloso día.

Once the pulse of the group of students have been taken, the Spanish team made the necessary adjustments for the next day, but that would be another day... another wonderful day.
